Dré Masso is Director of bars and group Mixologist for Desa Potato Head (sustainable hospitality village) in Bali. 

Dré has been involved with the global cocktail scene for over 27 years, working and running bars in the UK, The Americas and Southeast Asia. 

Over the course of his career Dré has won numerous cocktail competitions and has been awarded UK bartender of the year. 

Dré has been fortunate to visit more than 70 cities, in over 30 countries training 1000’s of bartenders and sharing his passion for drinks and cocktail culture. Dré published his first book, Margarita Rocks, in 2005. This also led to the opening of his own tequila bar and restaurant in London, Green & Red. In addition, Dre is the co-creator of Altos Tequila and has a second book Classic Cocktails at Home which was self-published and released in 2016.

Masso opened his second venue Opium Cocktail and Dim Sum Parlour in 2012 in London’s Chinatown. His latest bar, FAM opened November 2018 and has a strong focus on sustainable bar practices.
