Lynn House has had a long and extensive career in the beverage industry. In 2019 she was named National Spirits Specialist and Portfolio Mixologist for Heaven Hill Brands. Lynn’s previous roles at Heaven Hill include National Brand Educator from 2015 to 2019 and National PAMA Brand Ambassador from 2013 to 2015. Lynn was a 2019 National Finalist for Best American Bar Mentor at the Tales of the Cocktail Spirted Awards, as well as a 2017 and 2018 top four National Finalist in the Tales of the Cocktail Spirited Awards for Best American Brand Ambassador. Prior to working at Heaven Hill Brands, Lynn served as Chief Mixologist at Blackbird Restaurant in Chicago. During her tenure at Blackbird, Lynn curated the spirits and beverage program for the Michelin Star and James Beard Award winning restaurant. In 2011 Lynn was named a top 20 Most Fabulous Bartender in the World by Gary Regan.  Other accolades include 2017 National Finalist for Wine Enthusiasts Magazine’s Mixologist of the Year, 2012 Bartender Iconoclast, part of Sundance Channel’s Iconoclast series and 2011 Chicago Reader Person of the Year. Lynn and her cocktail creations have been featured in The New York Times, Time Out, The Chicago Sun Times, The Chicago Tribune, Chicago Magazine, Imbibe, Bon Appetit, Saveur, and Martha Stewart Magazine. Lynn is an inaugural member of the Dame Hall of Fame, which celebrates women in the beverage industry. In addition to her work at Heaven Hill Brands, Lynn is also a sitting co-chair of the Tales of the Cocktail Education Committee and Co-Founder of Tipping for Equity, a non- profit focused on shifting the balance of equity in the hospitality industry.  Lynn is currently a member of the Mentorship Advisory Board for Speedrack and this year Imbibe Magazine named Lynn as one of the top 75 people to watch in 2021.
