FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What’s the deadline for getting my products to you?
All products must be received by our warehouse no later than December 20, 2022. Every entry not received by this date will incur a $95 refund fee.
How many entries will there be?
We will limit the number of entries we accept to the first 3,000 submissions, but any producer may enter as many products as they wish.
How many judges will you have?
We will feature an international cadre of judges from four continents. The total number of judges is contingent on the final number of entries accepted.
What awards can I win?

Individual classes will have Bronze, Silver, Gold, Double Gold, and Platinum medal winners. The top Platinum winners within each class may then go on to compete for the coveted Best in Show, award.

How will winners be announced?

Winners will be selected during three rounds of judging from January 30 – February 3, 2023. Winners will be posted on this website shortly thereafter.

Who can enter?

Any company with a spirit, RTD, or Seltzer brand seeking global exposure may enter; as can those companies looking to import to the US, or expand globally in Europe or Asia.

What if I don’t have a US distributor or importer? How can I submit my entry?

What if my product gets stuck in customs?

Does TAG Global Spirits Awards receive any financial compensation outside of submission fees from any liquor company?
The only other fees received by TAG Global Spirits Awards are those sponsorships secured for the consumer-focused activities and events. Sponsorships are completely separate from the TAG Global Spirits Awards competition and have no bearing on the results.
Once I have submitted my entry, what are the next steps?

We will contact you via e-mail to provide detailed instructions, including important shipping information. In the weeks leading up to the event you will receive additional communications about educational seminars, dinners and other events, such as the Pink Tie Party.
