SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

SHIPPING SPIRITS/RTDS FROM WITHIN THE U.S.A:

Once you complete the entry process you will receive specific instructions on the number of samples to send along with all required documents via email for domestic and international shipping.

Please note the following:

  1. All boxes must be labeled with “Sample materials, Not for resale. Glass enclosed.”
  2. Please send 2 bottles of each entry or 4 cans RTD’s.
  3. For shipments of more than one box, please mark each box: “Box 1 of 4,” “Box 2 of 4,” etc.
  4. If you have distribution in Nevada, please contact your Nevada Distributor for delivery no later than August 1, 2025 to have your product delivered to Atlantis Beverage in Las Vegas.

  5. If you do not have distribution in Nevada, please ship to Atlantis Beverage no later than August 1, 2025.
  6. All products must be received in our warehouse no later than August 1, 2025. Entries not received by August 1, 2025 will not be included, and NO REFUNDS will be honored.

SHIPPING INFORMATION FROM OUTSIDE THE U.S.A:

If you are using your U.S. importer, they should follow the above instructions for domestic shipping. If you are NOT using a U.S. importer, you MUST contact our import partner MHW to avoid shipping delays. Please contact the Competitions Team, via e-mail at (TBD) with any questions you may have. They can also assist you in completing all necessary import documentation. TAG Global Spirits Competition is not responsible for customs duty charges or fees. DO NOT SHIP YOUR SPIRITS UNTIL YOU RECEIVE IMPORT DOCUMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS ONCE YOUR ENTRY IS SUBMITTED.
