Serve chilled or over large cubed ice. Garnish with a chili slice.

The judges really liked the clean and pure chili notes with hints of ginger as well.

Brilliant, transparent with a touch of green/gold. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of pineapple and candied citrus zest with supporting notes of ginger and jalapeño. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a tropical fruit-driven core with flavors of chili, guava, and lemon. The finish is long with rising chili heat. Light to medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a vibrant texture.
