This delicious Whiskey can be a bit polarizing as Cognac flavors are not expected in Bourbon but by mid-bottle you will be a fan.

Bright, medium copper/bronze color. The nose is subtle, offering scents of stone fruit, star anise, roasted nuts, and vanilla bean with supporting notes of dried fruits and allspice. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a caramel-driven core with flavors akin to baked apple, apricot stone, white pepper, crème brulee, and gingerbread. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and flawlessly balanced with an opulent texture.
