Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of dried fruits, agave, and mandarin with supporting notes of straw and wild flowers. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a baked apple-driven core with supporting flavors of bacon, almonds, and hints of red cherry. The finish is long. Light to medium-bodied and largely balanced with a juicy texture.
