Serve cold or over ice with a wedge of lime.

The judges liked the subtle balance but were not fans of the sweetener.

Hazy, pale straw color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of lemon and pineapple with supporting notes of spring flowers and pomelo. The palate echoes the nose delivering a lemon-driven core with flavors akin to kumquat and mineral. The finish is sweet-tart. Light-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a vibrant texture.
