Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of agave, lime, and lemongrass with supporting notes of grapefruit zest and salt. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering an agave-driven core with flavors of honeydew, pomelo, and hints of star anise and white pepper. The finish is crisp. Medium-bodied and ideally balanced with a vibrant texture.
