Bright, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of wild flowers, mint, smoke, and agave with supporting notes of eucalyptus and earth. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering an agave-driven core with supporting flavors of bacon, green chili, citrus, and wild flowers. The finish is sweet with hints of green apple. Full-bodied and substantially balanced with a meaty texture.
