Brilliant, deep crimson color being nearly opaque. The aromatics are very intense, presenting aromas of hibiscus, cinnamon, and red berries with supporting notes of candied ginger and nutmeg. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a wild flowers-driven core with flavors of cassis, hibiscus, raspberry, and hints of anise. The finish is dry. Light-bodied and nicely balanced with a juicy texture.
