The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a maple syrup-driven core with flavors of maple syrup, baking spices, brown sugar, treacle, sultanas, cigar box, and charred oak. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a silky texture.
