Bright, light golden color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of fresh herbs and juniper with supporting notes of chamomile, orange peel, and sweet earth tones. The palate echoes the nose delivering a White Vermouth-driven core with flavors akin to gooseberry, blanched almonds, white pepper, and stone fruit. The finish is crisp. Medium-bodied and ideally balanced with a vibrant texture.
