Gray Whale Gin

Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of juniper, lavender, coriander, and orange blossom with supporting notes of fennel, citrus zest, wild flowers, and peppermint. The palate is softer than the nose delivering a lemon-driven core with flavors of fennel, coriander, chalk, and peppermint. The finish is long and lingering. Medium to full-bodied and largely balanced with a silky texture.
