This Rum works as a fun Caipirinha riff, maybe with a touch Creme de Cacao, or in an old school Keoke Coffee. Could be an amazing sipping Rum or served slightly chilled.

A model long-aged Rum with depth, balance, and style.

Bright, medium tawny/amber color. The nose is subtle, offering scents of coffee, caramel, malted barley, and mocha with supporting notes of chocolate, butterscotch, and grass. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a cocoa-driven core with flavors reminiscent of coconut, coffee, green apple, and mocha. The finish is long. Medium to full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a creamy texture.
