Campesino Aged Rum

Use this Rum in cocktails like a Daiquiri. It's also a great Rum for culinary applications.

The grassy notes paired with caramel and vanilla make this an unusual Rum with many possibilities.

Brilliant, pale amber color. The nose is subtle, offering scents of apricot, grass, malt, and gooseberry with supporting notes of hazelnut, hay, candied ginger, and caramel. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a vanilla-driven core with flavors of cashew, hay, toasted barrel, crème brulee, and earth. The finish is dry. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a lean texture.
