Bright, medium amber color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of fruitcake, baking spices, charred oak, cocoa, mocha, and cola nut with supporting notes of honey and hazelnut. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a maple accented oak-driven core with flavors of charred oak, chocolate, mocha, cereal, and baking spices. The finish is sharp. Full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a silky texture.
