Brilliant, medium tawny color. The nose is subtle, offering scents of malted barley, honey, and apricot with supporting notes of marzipan, brioche, and baking spices. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a caramel-driven core with flavors of toast, cedar, brown sugar, and allspice. The finish is sweet. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a rich texture.
