Serve in a classic Gin & Tonic. Perhaps this is not the best choice in a Negroni or Martini, but could be great in a Bramble or South Side.

Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of chamomile, juniper, and grass with supporting notes of citrus, jasmine, and verbena. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a juniper-driven core with flavors of candied citrus zest, jasmine, and coriander. The finish is long. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a juicy texture.
