Middle West Spirits Straight Rye Whiskey

Perfect neat with a splash of water or over one large cube of ice. We love this in all of our favorite Whiskey cocktails but crave it in a Sazerac or a Vieux Carre.

The judges loved the marriage of youthful and mature flavors — a stellar Rye.

Bright, medium amber color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting aromas of oak, black tea, candied ginger, maple syrup, and leather with supporting notes of rye and dried fruits. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a caramel-driven core with flavors of fruitcake, maple syrup, baking spices, oak, and cereal. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and flawlessly balanced with a silky texture.
