Bright, medium mahogany color. The aromatics are very intense, giving scents of charred oak, baking spices, and pecan with supporting notes of vanilla bean, red cherry, fruitcake, and apricot. The palate echoes the nose delivering an oak-driven core with flavors akin to baking spices, baked apple, apricot, ginger, toffee, and dried fruit. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a juicy texture.
