Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch American Whiskey

This Whiskey needs nothing but a glass and perhaps a splash of water to properly bloom the aromatics and flavors.

The judges loved the balance and the strength calling it a gentle giant.

Bright, medium golden color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of allspice, apricot, baked apple, black pepper, charred oak, and peach with supporting notes of fruitcake, gingerbread, walnut, and vanilla bean. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a dried fruits-driven core with supporting flavors of charred oak, butterscotch, orange peel, crème brulee, and baking spices. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and favorably balanced with a chewy texture.
