Serve neat and chilled over ice. We like it with ginger beer over ice.

The judges loved the length on the palate and spice notes that are found on the finish are distinctive.

Bright, light golden color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of baked apple and chalk with supporting notes of fig, raisin, and honey. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a toffee-driven core with flavors akin to leather, baking spices, roasted nuts, and crème brulee. The finish is long. Medium-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a waxy texture.
