Bluecoat Elderflower Gin

Don't think of this as a flavored gin — it's not sweet — rather it's an elderflower-forward botanical Gin that drinks and finishes dry.

Bright, clear pale straw color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of elderberry, fresh herbs, grapefruit zest, and honeysuckle with supporting notes of juniper, jasmine, and wild flowers. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a juniper-driven core with flavors of juniper, wild flowers, coriander, and elderberry. The finish is long and lingering. Light to medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a velvety texture.
