Bright, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of cilantro, jalapeño, citrus, and fresh herbs with supporting notes of cucumber, grass, and green bell pepper. The palate is softer than the nose delivering a green chili-driven core with flavors akin to green bell pepper, pine, and chili. The finish is crisp and spicy. Light-bodied and substantially balanced with a lean texture.
