Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, presenting aromas of lemon zest, dried herbs, and corn/maize with supporting notes of mineral. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a citrus-driven core with flavors of wet stones and hay. The finish is long. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a silky texture.
