Brilliant, medium tawny/amber color. The aromatics are very intense, offering aromas of cereal, candied ginger, and toffee with supporting notes of oak, butterscotch, caramel, and baked apple. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a peach-driven core with supporting flavors of baking spices, chocolate, and baked apple. The finish is long. Full-bodied and favorably balanced with an opulent texture.
