Renegade Single Farm Cuvée: Dunfermline Rum

The judges were fans of the pot still and cane notes.

Bright, medium golden color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of grass, tropical fruit, vanilla bean, and crème brulee with supporting notes of nutmeg and lemon curd. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a baking spices-driven core with flavors reminiscent of banana bread, tropical fruit, charred oak, and vanilla. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and flawlessly balanced with an opulent texture.
