Bright, medium amber color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of black cherry, cereal, butterscotch, and mineral with supporting notes of walnut and crème brulee. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a baking spices-driven core with flavors of allspice, crème brulee, smoked meat, and gingerbread. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and substantially balanced with a meaty texture.
