Bright, pale amber color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of apricot stone, coriander, and dried fruits with supporting notes of green apple, brown sugar, and hay. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a baked apple-driven core with flavors of green apple, brioche, vanilla bean, and caramel. The finish is long. Medium to full-bodied and nicely balanced with a juicy texture.
