This Rum deftly marries grassy notes with complex dried fruit and a decadent PX Sherry cask.

Bright, medium tawny/amber color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of fennel, grass, sea salt, and blanched almonds with supporting notes of toast, caramel, and mineral. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering a caramel-driven core with flavors of vanilla, graphite, hay, and dried fruits. The finish is long. Light to medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a supple texture.
