Campari Negroni (RTD)

Serve chilled, over ice with an orange peel.

The judges enjoyed the complex Vermouth notes but wanted more bitter Liqueur.

Bright, medium ruby color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting aromas of rich cranberry and dried herbs with supporting notes of raspberry bitters. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a red berries-driven core with flavors of juniper and silky Gin. The finish is long and lingering. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with an opulent texture.
