Bright, pale golden/ruby color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of agave, anise, and cinnamon with supporting notes of oak, baking spices, and black pepper. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering an agave-driven core with supporting flavors of candied ginger and dried fruits. The finish is sharp. Full-bodied and substantially balanced with a supple texture.
