The Helen David Relief Fund (HDRF) assists those in the bar industry who are fighting breast cancer, and other forms of cancer, with the dignity and courage exemplified by the fund’s namesake — a pioneer in the bar industry herself.
In the first two years of this great event we, with our generous sponsors and attendees, have raised nearly $50,000 for The Helen David Relief Fund. We are planning our biggest and greatest event yet for 2024. Thanks you all for your support.

2023 – Joy Figueroa
Joy Figueroa is a 3rd generation hospitality aficionado. Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, her earliest days of bartending were at her family’s bar Cafe Seda. In 2001, she began working at The Ritz Carlton in Puerto Rico and eventually joined the Ritz-Carlton team in South Beach. Joy moved to Las Vegas in 2011 and started as a barback at The Cosmopolitan and worked her way up to Lead Bartender positions at the Palazzo. She is an active member of the United States Bartenders Guild and is currently the beloved Corporate Bar Manager of the award winning gems, Herbs & Rye and Cleaver in Las Vegas.
