Jennifer Yim

I currently work at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas as a Mixologist and Training Coach. My passion for bartending has taken me across the country, staging at a variety of bars and immersing myself in diverse cocktail cultures.

I love pushing creative boundaries through cocktail competitions and have had the honor of earning titles including the 2024 National Prosecco DOC Champion, 2024 Reid Vodka Global U.S. Winner, and 2025 Vero Bartender Global U.S. Winner.

As the co-founder of Spirit & Seoul—a traveling Korean-inspired cocktail pop-up—I’m dedicated to celebrating culture through cocktails. I strive to keep learning, growing, and inspiring others to innovate in the ever-evolving world of mixology.
