Brilliant, crystal clear. The nose is generous, offering scents of agave, citrus, and candied ginger with supporting notes of oak and mineral. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering an agave-driven core with flavors of gingerbread, treacle, and vanilla bean. The finish is dry. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a chewy texture.
