Bright, clear golden color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of baked apple, baking spices, and cooked agave with supporting notes of hazelnut, candied ginger, and nutmeg. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering an agave-driven core with supporting flavors of citrus, butterscotch, red cherry, apricot stone, and peach. The finish is dry. Medium-bodied and largely balanced with a vibrant texture.
