Bright, medium brown color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting aromas of fig and vanilla bean with supporting notes of roasted almonds and hints of toffee. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering a dried fruit and spice-driven core with flavors of fig, fruitcake, candied ginger, and vanilla fudge. The finish is dry. Medium to full-bodied and substantially balanced with a meaty texture.
