Made with Mexican Cacahuazintle corn — ideally sweet on the nose.

Bright, light golden color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of almond butter and corn/maize with supporting notes of honey, cashew, and cereal. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a honey-driven core with flavors akin to corn/maize, sultanas, and nutmeg. The finish is dry. Medium to full-bodied and substantially balanced with a waxy texture.
