Brilliant, medium green color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of wild herbs, bitter roots and spices, dried citrus, and ginger. with supporting notes of forest floor. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a herbal-driven core with flavors of botanical roots, fresh cut herbs, pine, and wild flowers. The finish is long and lingering with a pleasing astringency. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a succulent texture.
