Brilliant, dark mahogany color being nearly opaque. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of black fruits, fruitcake, grapefruit, coffee, and vanilla with supporting notes of candied citrus zest. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a maple and spice-driven core with supporting flavors of eucalyptus, candied ginger, black fruits, fruitcake, and grapefruit zest. The finish is sweet. Medium-bodied and favorably balanced with a rich texture.
