The judges loved the easy and delicate style of this Reposado — complex barrel notes.

Bright, pale golden color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of agave, oak, gingerbread, baking spices, and caramel with supporting notes of treacle and vanilla. The palate is softer than the nose delivering a roasted nuts-driven core with supporting flavors of cooked agave, ginger biscuits, fruitcake, and oak. The finish is sharp. Medium-bodied and largely balanced with a silky texture.
