Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of agave, ginger, green melon, and baked apple with supporting notes of almonds, clay, and honey. The palate is in full accord with the nose delivering an agave-driven core with flavors akin to sea salt, honeydew, bacon, and citrus. The finish is long and lingering. Medium-bodied and pleasingly balanced with a silky texture.
