Serve in cocktails treating it as a white or brown spirit. A Mule would be a good choice as would an Old Fashioned.

The wood was perfectly integrated in the spirit. The category is lesser known so there is a wow and fun factor as well.

Bright, light/medium golden color. The aromatics are intense, offering scents of green bell pepper and jalapeño with supporting notes of tomato leaf, citrus, and dried fruit. The palate confirms the nose delivering a grass-driven core with supporting flavors of green apple. The finish is long. Medium to full-bodied and favorably balanced with a rich texture.
