Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, presenting scents of agave, marzipan, and caramel with supporting notes of baking spices, vanilla bean, and charred oak. The palate is more intense than the nose delivering an agave-driven core with flavors of baked apple, honey, and oak. The finish is dry and crisp. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a juicy texture.
