Barrelsmith Negroni (RTD)

Serve chilled or over ice with a citrus garnish.

The judges enjoyed this aperitivo but did not think it was true to the classic Negroni.

Bright, deep scarlet color. The aromatics are very intense, presenting aromas of crushed berries and chamomile with supporting notes of rhubarb. The palate substantially agrees with the nose delivering a tart raspberry-driven core with flavors of bramble berry, oak, eucalyptus, and earth. The finish is tart. Medium to full-bodied and nicely balanced with an opulent texture.
