Bright, medium amber color. The aromatics are very intense, giving aromas of cereal, stone fruit, baking spices, charred oak, and fruitcake with supporting notes of cola nut and honey. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering an oak-driven core with supporting flavors of dried fruits, cereal, ginger biscuits, and five spice. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and favorably balanced with a silky texture.
