Bright, medium copper color. The nose is subtle, offering scents of baking spices, baked apple, vanilla, and caramel with supporting notes of butterscotch, oak, stone fruit, and mineral. The palate is softer than the nose delivering a chocolate-driven core with flavors akin to cereal, dried fruits, roasted nuts, and honey. The finish is long. Medium-bodied and pleasingly balanced with an opulent texture.
