Brilliant, medium amber color. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of caramel and toffee with supporting notes of apricot, brioche, and cashew butter. The palate is in full agreement with the nose delivering a baked apple-driven core with flavors of blanched almonds, gingerbread, honey, baking spices, and black pepper. The finish is long. Medium-bodied and nicely balanced with a lean texture.
