This spirit could be served over ice, in a Martini, or even put the in the freezer and sipped very cold. Pair with oysters on the half shell or with pickled herring.

Brilliant, crystal clear. The aromatics are very intense, offering scents of juniper, slate, and coriander with supporting notes of citrus zest, ginger, and mineral. The palate is in substantial agreement with the nose delivering a lemon-driven core with flavors of bees wax, juniper, coriander, lavender, and lemon zest. The finish is long and lingering. Full-bodied and nicely balanced with a silky texture.
